Erica Monroe writes romantic suspense set in regency London. Her debut novel, A Dangerous Invitation, Book 1 of the Rookery Rogues series, will be out in December 2013.
While the relationship between Eleanor and Leopold was certainly interesting. James pulls out the plot impediments of Gideon and Lisette for far too long. I ended up skipping over the parts involving them to get back to the true romance of Eleanor and Leopold. While the book was indeed humorous, I probably won't read it again.
